To make the best of the session please follow the guidelines below:
Before the session please take a few minutes to relax and prepare yourself, so you can be present, open and receptive.
That means, turn off your cell phone to avoid any type of interruptions and remove distractions & noises that will take the attention from this time for yourself.
Online sessions are recorded & the audio (mp4) file will be sent to you via email right after the session is completed. Recordings are important for future reference and for you to review what was spoken. If the session is in person, you can record it on your smart phone.
These are advisory type sessions, make sure that you understand what is explained and feel free to ask any questions and clarification that you may need. Recommended type of questions are those that begin with "What", "Why" or "How".
Not recommended: "Yes or No" questions, Predictive questions about the future or those beginning with "when".
This is not therapy. It is not about extensively talking about your circumstances, venting or analyzing your situation. I don’t need extensive information from you as it will consume the time of the session. Except for some specific details that I will ask for, I need you to focus on what I say about your situation in order to help you shift and get it resolved, even if it doesn’t make sense at first. The recording helps you go back and listen to the message to help you process the information at your own pace.
