ABOUT THE SESSIONS


Online sessions are recorded & the audio (mp4) file will be sent to you via email right after the session is completed.  Recordings are important for future reference and for you to review what was spoken. If the session is in person, you can record it on your smart phone.
First-time sessions will have an extra 5 -10 minutes introduction at no charge, to provide some guidelines and to assess what your needs are. To make the best of the session please follow the guidelines below:
Before the session please take a few minutes to align and center yourself, so you can be present, open and receptive. Also, take some time before the session to write down any questions or concerns that you want to be guided about and to be clear about your expectations and what you want to know.
Recommended type of questions that begin with "What", "Why" or "How". Not recommended: "Yes or No" questions, Predictive questions about the future or those beginning with "when".
